 I started this Team with the desire to stay healthy, and to lead fellow athletes to reach higher to become the best That They can each strive for personally.
By trying to be a good example and share from the lessons I have learned from my own training over the past 25 years, in Sport and as A Coach..

Hey All..

FOR JULY- the calendar will remain the same as now!!

days/times and locations! (*bike will change weekly-look for an email)

Tues :6PM -RUN workout at  Mill Hollow
*(Park near new restrooms tonight )-we will be doing a Time trial 10k or 5k road /hill run

Wed: 6PM Swim training (Open water work!)-Linwood park, Vermilion

Thurs: 6PM Cycling -Break thru workout (This week at the Maple cemetery-on Mason rd.just west of Rt 60..*park along back fence)

~We are not racing on these eves- must obey all stops and Ohio roadway laws!
~no Aggressive behavior,
~ no riding side by side& loudly announce" PASSING"-if you are 
~no stopping in the roadway-move off concrete if you have to stop
bring phone in a zip lock bag- in case of emergency
come prepared with water bottle,snack,replacement foods etc! 
~you will be following orange arrows a on a marked course!
~Dress in Proper warm bright clothing and or gloves and cycle shoes

Runs at Avon Lake HS Track will start April 16th!
2:30 to 400PM! (in stadium -by pole vault pit area if  raining: under the rear area of stadium steps by pv shed)
 And..as we get ready for outdoor season to start.
.swims will start from Linwood park -in Vermilion,  as soon as the lake reaches 60"f or up! temp

Triathlon specific Masters swim workouts
$5.00 drop in fee

(we will do a trail distance run or hill run or Track workout-depending on week) *This year we will park on the park office side next to the office and barns (there is security cameras here-due to a few car break ins)- I will bring water and some fluid replacement samples!-*bring your water bottles!
