Swim clinic Series!
ALHS swimmers (8th grade up- *Limited to 20 spots!)
Be ready to roll for the season by working with us on preseason talk and application on the fastest swim technique-I have learned from over 20 Olympians!
~you can choose clinic date below or attend both to save $.. Be ready for what you will be in for for the upcoming HS Swim season by attending , meeting other HS teammates and get a leg up on how to be faster than you have ever been!
We will do video-analysis and then a great intro swim workout to apply it!

#1 Sept 10th (noon to 3PM)
#2 Oct 15th -(noon till 3PM)
